Personal Data Protection

Dynavix e-shop customers' personal data shall be treated pursuant to the Act nr. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and amendments of other acts in their present amended form (herein after referred to as "Act on the protection of personal data"), under the following rules:

The Dynavix a.s. company operating the Dynavix shop shall be bound to respect the right of privacy of its customers.

The personal data submitted are confidential and may be used only for the due delivery of the goods ordered, for possible claims, for sending information on software upgrades and for sending commercial offers. Pursuant to the Act on the protection of personal data they shall neither be disposed in any other way nor granted to third parties.

When purchasing goods, within the registration process the customer submits information necessary for the delivery of goods and, if need be,  possible communication at dealing with the order.

The required information to be submitted to register includes the name and surname of the customer, postal address for the delivery of goods, e-mail address and telephone number on which the customer will be accessible when the order is dealt with.

Shall the customer be a corporate body, it is required to submit a billing address (if different from the address for delivery), company registration number (IČ), tax identification number (DIČ) and bank account information.

After the registration has been performed, the registration data will be saved in a database for the purpose of registration of a new customer of the Dynavix e-shop. Logging in at any next visit of the user to the e-shop will proceed in the form of submitting the user name and password selected by the user. In case the password is forgotten or incorrectly submitted for three subsequent times, it will be possible to demand the password to be sent to an e-mail address. The password will be sent only to the e-mail address submitted by the user at his or her registration and it will not be made available in any other way.

The data will be saved in electronic form to a secured database, for the purposes specified above.

Using the Dynavix e-shop and purchasing goods from it, the customer agrees with the collection and use of registration data and orders solely for the needs of the Dynavix a.s. company on condition that the company will store the data only for a necessarily needed period of time.

The customer has the right of accessing personal data, correcting errors in the personal data, as well as other rights provided by the Act on the protection of personal data.
